Cinderella perseveres through the many challenges that come her way throughout the movie, and stays positive through the hard times. She stays true to herself, never acting out of anger or spite towards her step sisters and step mother. She never gives up on her dreams. Also, Jaq, one of the mice, gets the rest of the mice to work together to help build Cinderella’s dress and to free Cinderella from the attic when she gets locked in. He is fearless, continuously facing the evil cat, Lucifer. With Jaq as the leader, the mice risk their safety to help Cinderella in any way they can.
Captain Steven Heller and scientist David Levinson both show great leadership qualities throughout the movie. Both continuously put the lives of others before their own. David has a vast amount of knowledge on the science behind the alien attacks and he teaches others about it. He even goes as far as to go back into the city that everyone else is fleeing to try to get his knowledge to others. Captain Heller volunteers numerous times to partake in dangerous military missions to try to defeat the aliens that have come to destroy the human race. Together, they selflessly volunteer to risk their lives, and likely die, on a mission that will save the rest of the planet.
