Famous Leaders
Walt Disney
Walt Disney's unwavering perseverance, innovation, and optimism ultimately led to his success. He faced many challenges and obstacles throughout his career, but Walt could not be swayed from his ideas. He kept pushing forward, proving anyone who doubted them wrong.

I think one big aspect of Walt Disney's leadership was his ability to effectively and passionately communicate a vision. Walt knew that he could never be successful without his team, and that he needed to inspire and motivate them to be as passionate about his project as he was. I think this is what made him a truly great leader.

Howard Schultz
Starbucks started as a small Seattle coffee retailer, and has become 20,000 shops worldwide under Schultz's leadership, with many more planned. Crucially, he understood that he was creating an experience, not selling a product.

Schultz recognized that the key to having customers started with having happy employees. He offered all his employees medical insurance, even part time employees, and pursues environmental and social projects that inspire employees and attract customers.
