About Me
My name is Ali Horel and I am a senior at San Diego State University majoring in Hospitality and Tourism Management with an emphasis in Meetings and Events. I am 22 years old, but still a child at heart. I love Disney, and probably know way too many useless facts about Disney movies and parks. My favorite Disney attraction is the Country Bears Jamboree. I love practicing my photography skills and have included a few photos I've taken in the slideshow to the left.

A little over a year ago, I had surgery to remove a tumor on my pituitary gland (which is near your brain, for those of you who don’t know). I am doing much better these days, but still on the road to full recovery from some of the symptoms of the tumor that I had before. This experience alone taught me so much about myself and changed how I live my life in so many ways.

This blog will discuss leadership and my journey through developing my leader style, with guidance from the HTM program at SDSU.
